authorizeDeviceRecovery

Authorizes request, another device's recovery request, with this device's active device authentication key (docs/device-recovery.md). The application shows the user which device (DeviceRecoveryRequest.target) is being recovered before calling this, and transfers the result back to it. No network I/O.

Throws SecureMessageClientException.InvalidDeviceRecovery unless the request names this device as authorizer, targets another device of the same user, is within DeviceRecovery.VALIDITY_WINDOW of the local time and carries a valid proof of possession of its replacement key.
