Cancels the pending recovery key reset with the offline recovery key it would replace, currentKey (docs/recovery-key-reset.md): an independent veto that needs no device and works without this device's authentication key. Throws IllegalArgumentException if currentKey is not the key reset replaces.
If reset is no longer pending, returns LastDeviceRecoveryKeyResetCancellationResult.NotPending with the reset now pending as seen by currentKey (null when currentKey is no longer the active key: a completion or rotation won) and no recovery key status.
