The pending recovery key reset of this user, queried with the current offline recovery key currentKey instead of a device (docs/recovery-key-reset.md). Works without this device's authentication key and before initialize: the holder of the offline key can always see a reset that would replace it. currentKey is not stored or sent; only its signature is. Throws SecureMessageTransportException.RecoveryKeyResetRejected (INVALID_PROOF if currentKey is not the active key, NOT_CONFIGURED if none is active).
