lastDeviceRecoveryKeyStatus

The server's state of this user's offline recovery key (docs/recovery-key-lifecycle.md): unconfigured, active (epoch, installation time, public key) or revoked (epoch, revocation time). A signed request with this device's active device authentication key; never cached. Compare LastDeviceRecoveryKeyStatus.Active.isKey with a backed-up key's LastDeviceRecoveryKey.publicKey to check that the backup is still the active key.
