requestLastDeviceRecoveryKeyReset

Requests a delayed reset of this user's offline recovery key, for when that key is lost (docs/recovery-key-reset.md). Exceptional: if the current key is still available, use rotateLastDeviceRecoveryKey.

A signed request of this device; the server stores the reset with its own time and policy delay and returns it. Every registered device of the user can see it (lastDeviceRecoveryKeyResetStatus) and cancel it (cancelLastDeviceRecoveryKeyReset), and so can the current recovery key. If a reset is pending already, it is returned unchanged: calling this again (after a lost response or a restart) never restarts the delay. Nothing completes automatically: after RecoveryKeyResetStatus.Pending.eligibleAt call completeLastDeviceRecoveryKeyReset with a new, backed-up key.

Throws SecureMessageTransportException.RecoveryKeyResetRejected (NOT_AVAILABLE if the server has no reset policy, NOT_CONFIGURED if no key is active). Never called implicitly.
