resolveLastDeviceRecovery

Asks the server whether this device's pending last-device recovery key is its registered key, with a registration request signed by that key (a registration of exactly the registered key changes nothing). If it is, makes it the active key and returns true; if the server holds another key, returns false and keeps the pending key. Throws SecureMessageClientException.NoPendingLastDeviceRecovery.
