class LastDeviceRecoveryChallenge(val target: DeviceAddress, val id: LastDeviceRecoveryChallengeId, nonce: ByteArray, val authEpoch: Long, val expiresAt: Instant)
A server-issued, single-use challenge for recovering target: the random id and nonce, the target's authentication epoch authEpoch when the challenge was issued, and expiresAt (whole milliseconds, server clock). Contains no secret; the recovery is bound to it by the signatures.
