cancelDeviceAuthenticationRotation

Deletes the pending rotation key; the active key and a pending recovery key are not touched. Only for a rotation that will not be completed: call resolveDeviceAuthenticationRotation first, because if the server already accepted it, only the deleted key authenticates this device and it has to be recovered (docs/device-recovery.md).
